I’m a native Texan. I’ve lived in other states and a couple of times in other countries. This heatwave currently, is not livable. It’s not the home we grew up with (I’m only 37). When I say livable, sure people can get in their AC gas powered cars to drive to their AC homes and to their AC offices. But you can barely take a walk outside, or enjoy a meal outside, or take your kids to the park. These summers are no longer live able, just survivable.. maybe..
